Can a company issue preference shares having both option of redemption as well as conversion?

Yes Company can issue shares with both the option.
Because As per Act Company cant issue prefrence shares which are irreedemable. So its shown that it is mandatory to reedem.
SEcond you can issue convertible preference share "but not compulsary convertible.
