I have inserted request to pre validate my bank account since July 2019. On Income tax portal my account profile setting shows request submitted. It is not validated not rejected since last 3 months. I have received order but refund has not been credited. Pl. guide if any one can advise. Thanks

You have to check with your bank whether your mobile number is registered with them. mobile number and email id should be the same which is registered on e-filing portal.
