28 July 2013 What Is Pre Construction Period?
Is It upto the completion of Construction or upto the starting of repayment of Loan Whichever is earlier.

I have taken a loan in 2011 for purchase of a flat.Flat construction will be complete inn Oct 2013. But repayment of loan has been started from January 2013.In this Case what period will be Pre Construction Period.

28 July 2013 Construction completion :Jan 13 & Repayment started Oct-13. so construction completed earlier in Jan-13, so your Pre construction period si up to Jan-13 only
