Is interest on PPF be treated as being reinvested as Interst on NSC?

no as interest on PPF is exempt and no deduction is allowed from exempted income
while Interest in NSC is taxable and hence allowed as deduction
while Interest in NSC is taxable and hence allowed as deduction
