SUPPOSE I GIVE RS. 50000 TO MY FRIEND ON CREDIT AND AS A SECURITY I TAKE BLANK CHEQUE(BUT SIGHNED BY HIM) FROM HIM.....
IF AFTER SOME TIME HE NOT PAY MONEY TO ME??? THEN TELL ME FULL PROCESURE OF MONEY RECOVERY ? ALSO SUGGES ME THAT CAN I RECOVER ONLY PRINCIPAL MONEY OR WITH INTREST?????SUGGGES ME WHERE CAN I TAKE ALL ACTION AND WHAT PROCESURE FOR IT??????????
