can excise department condone the delay in submission of proof of exports (A.R.E 1) in case of romoval of goods to SEZ units

DELAY CAN BE CONDONE IN CASE OF ACTUAL EXPORT I.E. WITHIN 180 DAYS BUT AS PER NOTIFICATION NO.27/2006 CBSE WE HAVE TO SUBMIT PROOF OF EXPORT WITHIN 45 DAYS.SO WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF NOT FILING OF ARE 1 WITHIN 45 DAYS.
