If undisclosed income was found during the course of survey by the assessing officer, whether they are taxed at the rate mentioned in PMGKY or at normal rates mentioned previously.

Undisclosed income found during Survey shall not be eligible under PMGKY.Tax and penalties shall be leviable as per regular provisions of Income tax
