05 December 2013 can I take the cenvat credit on service tax in air ticket. I belongs to a manufacturing unit. air tickets made for our consultants.

05 December 2013 Dear Abinash,

You wont be able to take credit of service tax on air tickets. You will have to book entire amount as expense.
