on or befor all the exam give in hindi medium but at a time i thought i appear in ca final in English Medium plz Suggest this decision Right or Wrong

Personally I feel this is the right decision. Hindi medium is not the guarantee of success and it is just your comfort level. It is high time for you to come out of your comfort level and try something new. English is the right medium keeping in view current market requirements.
Try to prepare your own notes in English and try to practice in English. After one attempt you will be very comfortable with English medium as far as exams are concerned. Do not worry about anything and just move ahead with confidence.
