hello sir, i am Debansu.i'm complieted my mba in fin. And mkting specialistion. Now i'm working in shopper stop as feshion assistance from chennai.. But i'm confuse about my career. I'm interest for finance and retail marketing job and i also interest for sap course but confuison forwhich subject take it.?
I would suggest you to think yourself first what you want to do, or you are interested in.
Finance, Retail Marketing and SAP - all three are entirely different from each other. Just make your mind and think about 1 of your interests amongst these.
In my opinion, since you are working in Retail Marketing currently, you can consider that as your career option.
You should have to select a line in which you have an interest and you think that you can excel.
Every human being have different kind of skill set and the growth aspect depends on that.
I also did different kind of jobs like marketing, accounting, administration, HR and operation and presently looking after the finance department.
Every field have it's pros and cons like in marketing you can excel really fast and in accounts you have normal growth and money increase though it is circumstance based.

If you want to make your career in Finance, you need to have at least one professional degree. Normally, MBA / CA / CS and CWA are the most recognised qualifications in Finance.
Before suggesting any degree to you, I would like to know something about you.
1. What were your Main Subject in MBA? Is it MBA marketing or MBA Finance?
2. Second and most important, are you looking to pursue a full time course or part time/ distance course, so that you could continue you job as well?
