1. i m doctor running my hospital and attached to one private hospital from where i got near 11 lac and they cut TDS under section 194J. do i liable for tax audit?
2. if from that year if they deduct TDS u/s 194C(contract)then what heppend i.e. then i too liable to tax audit?
2) Since you are a professional and you are providing services through the knowledge, learning and experience out of your profession, your services will be counted only as professional services. 194C doesn't apply to you.
