11 November 2009 I have completed my articleship for a period of 2 yrs. At present I cant take transfer and my principal also will nt sign in FORm 109.
Without seeking any permission from Inst I ve discontinued my articleship for past 1 year.

What are the future consequences if I clear my final exam. Will inst permit me to write final exam.

Can I complete my remaining articleship period after few years.

11 November 2009 For final you should complete 2 years of articles, you may write the exam but they may hold your certificate and marks cards still you complete your articles...just checkout with icai...

11 November 2009 for membership of ICAI articleship period must be complete. even after passing ca-final exms you are not become qulified CA.
