I m a CA final student. I have given 2 attempts bt didnt cleared. I really want to clear my xam in May now but dnt know y m unable to study. I dont feel any motivation in studying now. I m unable to understand from where shud I start nw since i was pretty sure that I will clear my xams in Nov. 14 bt couldnt clear it & bcoz of which m very demotivated. plz help

Prepare for atleast one subject properly so that u can get exemption in that subject with good marks ...and so as it will help u in passing Nov 2015 exams too.
