Dear Sir, Please help me.my Articleship completed 1 Year and 4 month I want to take transfer bcz when I ask to my employer for Sataurday leave for class he not given my ca final attempt in May 2013.i am from Nepal can I take transfer to Nepal plz reply me .thnks in advance

Well, any article can take transfer only in the first year of its training as per the guidelines. Hence u shud contact the ICAI, training deptt. ASAP for it n try to convince them by giving strong n unavoidable circumstances for transfer of ur training.
