i am working as a Assistant Manager MIS. can i become GM Finance in any other company after having 1 or 2 years experience. i am newly qualified CA.

Yes bro it is very much possible... Everything is dependent on your current profile and the profile and work you are going to handle in next 2 years...
Time is not the only factor for higher position...so work hard and gain maximum experience...
