company is paying bussiness promotion expense to its field workers which they post to expense reimbursement a/c. do they have to deduct tds for the same

Sale promotion expenses paid to a thrid party is liable to TDS u/s 194 C. If it is paid to an employee, for official use, it is not a perquisit.
