HI If You have already undergone coaching for 1st group then u read that and solve the suggested answers to get grip in accounts. If u have time once do studymaterial problems in accounts. In Law and auditing whatever book u may follow get the concept clarity and know how to write in exams by reading latest suggested answers and RTP's. Dont worry friend, give ur full efforts surely u will clear the group.

Gayatri it's all about smart work in law to score good marks in PE-2 :
I scored more than 60 in law following simple things. This may help u as well :
1) Get a grip on Co law it comes for 30-40 marks.Maximum marks with minimum effort.
2) Make a note of all the sections in a seperate note book only for CO law if u can't do that for all the Acts. The note should contain in very brief only Section heading and section number.Don't mess up this note book with details abt the section contents. The lesser the content more purpose it'll serve.
3) Don't make a conscious effort to cram all the section in the notes prepared in 2 above. Jus have a reading of it 10-15 mins a day everyday. Subconsciously u'll end up remembering all the section in a few days time.
4) Focus on all the other acts like partnership, provident fund,Bonus Act and other acts i don't know what other Act is applicable to you.
5) Don't give huge amount of time to contract ACT it is a huge ACT which may jus cover 7-10 marks in exam. Jus give enough time that makes u confident in contract act. This is an easy act u might have done it in ur graduation as well.
6) Give ample time to co's act.
For Accounts again i would suggest :
1) Get a hold of Amalgamation, Partnership, Branch Accounts, Hire Purchase, cash flow and Single Entry. (Atleast 40- 50% marks will get covered from these topics)
2) Don't ignore topics like Banking and Insurance. The questions that come from this topic are mostly straight questions.
3) Don't leave any topic in accounts.
Two months is ample time to prepare. Be Confident.
ALL THE BEST
Note : The Above comments are based on my personal experience and syllabus that existed 3 years back. So kindly make any changes accordingly as per the syllabus applicable to you and the allocation of marks as per the current scanners.
