06 April 2010 Do I have to take VAT on Farashkhana (Mandap Keeper) Business.
one of my friend said to me that if you are paying VAT on Farashkhana Business so you also have to Pay Service tax as per data

I am little bit confused..

Please explain about this consequences.

24 April 2010 you are liable to pay only service tax as per board clarification. this transaction if not covered under "Right to use which is covered under VAT laws". so please take care.
