18 June 2012 Dear Sir/Madam,
Please tell me what documents are required for taking transfer on the Death of Principal Employer.And what is the time limit to submit all documents.
I also want to know what is procedure for the same.I had not submitted any document to Institute since death (feb 2012). Is there any solution to avoid this extension,while I continued in same firm after Death of Employer also

I do not have the solution you are surching for, but can tell you other means to get it.

Ask you query to the Institute through e-Sahayta Portal of ICAI.

or have a talk with your reseonal Office.

Because you may not be knowing the seriouness of Extension at this movment but is actully very high.
