Place of keeping registers etc - section 94 of ca, 2013

Can you please let me know the procedure for maintaining/keeping statutory registers in a place other than its registered office.

Which form do we need to file with RoC?

It would be helpful if you send the complete procedure.

22 May 2015 Form AOC-5 must be filed mentioning the full address of place within 7 days of decision made by BoD to keep the books of accounts at any other place in India alongwith copy of board resolution as an attachment.

File Form MGT 14 WITH COPY OF SPECIAL RESOLUTION A copy of the proposed special resolution in advance to be filed with the registrar as required in accordance with first proviso of sub-section (1) of section 94, shall be filed with the Registrar, at least one day before the date of general meeting of the company in Form No.MGT.14.
