04 November 2010 Dear Friend,

You hvn't stated anything about your company.
i.e.,it is a Pvt Ltd or Public Ltd or Partnership firm.

I presume you are coming under Shops & Establishment Act. PL means privilege Leave also called as Earned Leave. It is calculated
1 day leave for every 20 days of work performed and the same will be accumulated from the date of joining to the end of calender year(i.e.31st December of that year) and credited to the leave account of the individual on 1st Jan of Subsequent year and the employee can avail or accumulate the same from subsequent year.

In case if you need any clarification pl call me on my mobile 9841208000
