17 November 2011 What are the taxes attracted towards the picnic expenses expended by a school?? I mean to say TDS on contract or any entertainment tax to be deducted? If any please give the bifurcation of the amounts and Taxes??

TDS will be deducted undere respective section as per nature of expenditure.
