I have done the PGDBA (Spl : Finance) from SCDL, Pune this year, whether this course have any weightage in market.Normally how much time it will take to complete CS course.

You can complete CS course in 3 Years. as far as your PGDBA degree, every degree has its value when added with your name so calculation of weightage is not relevant for study.
