PF withdrawal

18 April 2020 My Reliance Sim registered with my PF account simply dead with Reliance Company dead and also I have forgotten my password to login for my PF account access.

Even my employer's staff were also tried for me to login my PF account. They also can't login. Saying that my particulars are incorrect.

What shall I do now? Pliz help me out. I have completed ten years in contribution of pf. I m badly in Financial crises situation due to the Lockdown. Pliz someone help me out.

19 April 2020 hi link your new mobile no with aadhar card and ask the employer about verification of the aadhar card.
second go to internet and login for employee portal of pf. here your forget the password. so click on forget of password, if the no is updated by the employer, i believe no will be updated and you will verify and receive otp on your registered no but if no, then click on 'no' , then it will ask you basic question like your name, date of birth and gender, verify the details and a dialog box appear which ask you your pan no or aadhar no. put the credentials. i hope you will crack the password.

1.Go to UAN website of EPF at UAN New Website
2. Click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your UAN number and Captcha. Click on Verify.
4. The mobile number mapped to your UAN will be shown. If you want to change the mobile Number you can click on No.
5.You will see the screen asking for your Name, Date of Birth, Gender. Click on Verify.If you get an error such as Details not matching, check with your employer as to which Aadhaar Number or PAN number is linked with your UAN.
6.Validate your details against Aadhaar or PAN. Click on Verify near the Document number. If you get Details not matching error, check with your employer as to which Aadhaar Number or PAN number is linked with your UAN.
7.If you see Details Validated then you can enter a new mobile number. Click on Get OTP.
Once you enter OTP sent to your new mobile number, you will enter your new password twice.
You will see Password changed successfully message. You can click on Login to log with your new password.

20 April 2020 Yes,I received this message:"Details not matching".

So I went and checked with my employer staff as to which Aadhaar Number or PAN number is linked with my UAN.

They asked me to come back after getting a special generated password Key from our regional epf office.
