HI all, Can anyone please provide me the format of " declaration for not deducting PF" to be collected from the employees ( Employees joined with a basic salary of 12200 p.m. and not opting for PF.)( no previous employment)
I, (Name of employee), hereby declare and confirm that it is not mandatory for me to contribute and as such do not wish to join the Company’s Provident Fund scheme.
I am herewith forwarding the declaration for your kind perusal “I wish to inform you that I was not a member of EPF Scheme anywhere before joining this establishment. As my basic+DA wages is above statutory wage limit of Rs.6500/- for computing P F, I am not inclined to become EPF member at present. I am aware of the consequences in giving this declaration.”
This can be modified according to the company policy.
