05 March 2013 The due date of PF is 15th of the next month with grace of 5 days .i.e 15+5=20th of the next month. But in case of ESI it is 21st of the next month. Can you please tell me whether this 21 days is inclusive of grace or exclusive of grace? If inclusive or exclusive, then what is the period of grace?

06 March 2013 You need remit contributions within 21 days of the last day of the Calendar month in which the contributions has fallen due.

In fact there is nothing in ESI to call grace period
