Is there a mistake in your question? Section 80 of IT Act not does not talk about PF. More over, is it Employers' or employees'?

08 October 2008 PF Deposit till 21st of Next month is deductible expenses for employer

Employer contribution in PF fund can not be deducted in computations of Employees
