Suppose A an employee in a company leaves an organisation abruptly without serving a notice period & the company pays him 2 months notice period salary. The company does not deduct the PF contribution for the 2 months while making full & final settlement.Would the employee be eligible to get the contribution both of employer & employee for the 2 months & interest accrued thereon. can somebody throw light on this?

notice pay without entry in attendence register is not part of PF contributions, and its paid under industrial disputes act. hence when pf is not deducted, employee can not claim it.
