07 December 2015 my client having 20 or more workers having salary below 5000/-. whether pf act applicable.

they cut pf for some employees and not for other.

what reason we quote for the embassy.


whether pf act applicable on jammu if no , to kya waiha ke emloyeee apne will se bhi pf nahi cut karwa sakte
