I am working as pvt ltd, I have have clarification of " we have company vehicle for accounts manager using for office purpose.we put the petrol . I doubt is how to accounted petrol charges.

charge it in relevant expenses account dear.. like fuel expenses, or petrol exp or vehical running expenses
