I am a CA Final Student eligible to appear in exams scheduled to be held in NOV. 2008. After passing CA Final Exam is it compulsory for me to take part in the Personal Skill and Development being conducted by the ICAI in Collaboration with NIFD, Faridabad starting from 28.04.2008.

No sir, there is no compulsion to join this personality development residential course.
The thing which is required is GMCS classes. These classes u will have to take after clearing ur CA final. The only difference between GMCS classes and theses residential plan personality development classes is this that u will get an added advantage and more knowledge than the former one.
