22 June 2011 Mr. A (Employer) has incurred medical expenses for Mr.B (employee) and paid to Mr.C (Doctor) . he has incurred rs. 50000 expenses. now mr. A is asking Mr. C to give him certificate certifying that the above expenses is a perquisite for mr.B and exempt upto 15000. is the doctor liable to give any certificate as such and if yes which certificate number.
