29 October 2013 Sir actually my client is providing car facility to employees but the computation of car perquisites is not added while deducting tds....
so can u give me suggestion what should be done now to rectify the same?

29 October 2013 Let employer pay the tax on non monetary perquisites.... in that case employee is not taxable and no question of TDS
