29 September 2008 1. Employer of assessee has paid 10K towards premium of medi claim policy for assessee

Will that 10K be taxable perquisite or is it exempted ?



2. Secondly, in case employer has provided this perquisite only to the assessee and not to other employees...will this make any difference in taxation for assessee.
