Permission regarding CFA

Delhi High court announced order regarding ICFAI dont give CFA degree (sources: http://www.cfainstitute.org/aboutus/press/release/06releases/20060817_01.html).
Now if I want to enroll in international CFA institute, not in ICFAI for CFA course can I get permission from ICAI as CFA is a Self study course?

YES, THERE WAS TO DO CFA FROM ICFAI BEFORE, NO RESTICTION ON DOING CFA FROM ANY OTHER INSTITUTE. SO SINCE RESTRICTION WAS NEVER IMPOSED ON DOING CFA FROM ANY OTHER UNIVERSITY , GO AHEAD
