Sir,
I have completed my CA in Nov 09 and also completed Mcom in 2008.When i applied for degree i was intimated that i had to take permission for pursuing Mcom under regulation 65.I have submitted all the particulars demanded alongwith penalty for breach.But still i have not received my degree.Please suggest what to do?I have talked on phone but they say it would take time and I want to have a practice certificate.

in your quuery it is not clear that you have done MCom on regular basis or Private basis.
I f you have done m.com on private basis then it will take month from date of submission of form 112 with Rs. 1000.
If you have completed mcom on regular basis then it will take 6 month from date of submission of form 112.
above time limit is minimum. after completion of above time limit talk him on phone and ask for registration .
