RAVI MAHARAJ, THE TELESCOPE IS NOT PERSONAL ITEM AS PER ANEXTURE 1-IV ITEMS OF BEGGAGE RULES 1998 OF CUSTOM.U ARE LIABLE FOR PENALTY U/S 111 OF CUSTOM ACT.
