Penalty for late filing of return

Assume i am not filing a service tax return from 2007-08 at that time late fee is 2000, but now it is 20000 then now which amount i will pay. the change is retrospective.

02 July 2013 Yes. penalty will apply for all the returns filed after 8.4.2011 what ever the period
