Penalty for filing e-form

01 October 2011 dear sir,

i want to knw whether there is any additional fees or penalty on the following for late filing:

1) form 32 to regularise directorship of additional director????
2) form 23b to change the auditor of the company????? pvt co paid up capital 2000000??
