Penal prov for delay in invoicing

21 December 2013 Hi,
My client is a GTA company. it is not liable for service tax in respect of service provided to specified person.

As liability to pay S Tax is on specified person, in case of delay in raising of invoice beyond 30 days will any penalty/Interest applicable to the GTA company.

Please quote the relevant Section/ Notifications.
