whether quartely statement of limited companies are required to be audited by a CA who has holding peer review certificate? If a member has applied for peer review process before filing quarterly statements but not recd certificate on the date of signing of quartely statements...but having certificate on filing of annual audited statements... whether he is eligible for accepting the audit or not?

As far as I know. PR has to be seen while auditing a posted.clientele or who is in process of listing. Even on this case, if their is certainty of receipt of certificate, audit can be done.
