Sorry this is for Kapil Sir but i would like to add on. the cpt exam rules says that 1. A student who has passed the Class 10 examination conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India or (an examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto ) may register for Common Proficiency Test. 2ƒn A registered student may appear in Common Proficiency Test after he has appeared in the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 examination) conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India or an examination recognised by the Central Government as equivalent thereto and has complied with such requirements as may be specified by the Council from time to time. if u read it carefull it says a student who has writtern but does not ask whether he has cleared. but when it comes to registration for PCC it says a student who has cleared i.e 1. A student who has passed Common Proficiency Test and Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 examination) conducted by an examination body constituted by law in India or an examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto and passed CPT may join the Professional Competence Course.
hence your friend has satisfied both criterias and hence he is eligible as he had given his 10+2 exams when he wrote the CPT and now while registration he gas cleared his CPT+ 10+2 exams
I'll be glad to get Kapil Sirs Comments on my view.
