14 July 2015 propritor of export business pay cash to driver/owner/transporter towards goods transport from some place to port .. whether this payment attract tds to be deducted...

Check whether Section 44AB apply on prop. in last year?

Do the transporter has more than 10 trucks during the year?

Do the payment in a year exceeds Rs.75000/- or Rs.30000/- in a single payment?

If the answer of all the above questions is affirmative then TDS is to be deducted.
