Payment of service tax liability

13 November 2011 Company has received technical services from abroad and now requires to pay service tax upon, than whether company required to actual payment or through debiting CENVAT credit available?

The same question for renting (office rent) services.

Notification if any, please tell me.

13 November 2011 .In this case company have to pay service tax...cant utilise the cenvat balance...since here company is service receiver not provider
