Whether a father, a mother, a HUF can make payment of educational expenses directly to the account of college/institution or they may also send the part of the educational expenses to the account of their son/member & the same can make payment to his college/institutions. Whether the amount so paid to the college /institutions can be debited by the father/mother/HUF as the educational expenses of their child.
