Payment of dividend to nri

27 September 2011 One of my client company has accepted foreign fund from NRIs under Automatic Route without repatriation benefits. Advance reporting form and FC GPR was filed by the company within the prescribed time. Now the company is declaring Dividend. So what are the documents required to intimate RBI.

04 November 2011 If TDS is deducted and paid as per Income Tax provisions then you can remit the dividend without intimating to RBI.
