Payment against exports received in inr

23 January 2014 against exports, we have received one payment in INR in year 2011 through VOSTRO. will I have to pay service tax output on it ?

23 January 2014 After 2012, june it was made clear in the act that no service tax on such receipts is applicable.

But before that if one can justify that the receipts are purely export receipts, then service tax can be saved.

23 January 2014 Payments against exports can be received in INR subject to certain conditions.

Not liable for service tax on export receipts.
