29 March 2013 sir i have completed 8 months of articleship and i want to take break from articleship for 15 months .and complete remaining articleship later.

Generally leave is allowed 1/6th of article ship, after that it will be taken as leave. So the maximum gap is not defined in Training Guide, so you will be free to take break of 15 months.

30 March 2013 sir whats is the procedure for taking break from articleship . CAN I DO CS 15 MONTHS TRAINING BETWEEN THIS PERIOD.

22 May 2013 For CS you have to take permission from ICAI. You cannot break your articleship. Once you take more leave than prescribed the same will be extended after completion of your original period of articleship
