Sudden one day i get a mail from donotreply@incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in regarding password reset from one of all of my clients I am unable to understand whose password is changed as there-is no PAN or name is written on the mail.
When I call Cost Care the wise man says there is no such mail id(????)... when i tell I receive thousand mails from this id the extraordinary smart person suggests me I should send mails to again change the password with correct details of PAN.....(When I don't know the client how would I know his PAN Details????)
Sent mail to ask got answer check the mail id from which reset request is sent (When I have already mansion in mail I don't know who sent the request)

when password is changed it is intimated by the department. I think some of your client wants to take away file from you and not dare ask you the same.

Normally that letter contains the number in XXXXXX form. pen ultimate letter is displayed with the numerical form. From that you have to search within your client data

moreover any body can change password by sending Pan details in validate in this case how can we save the frauds what is the autheticity of efilling
Password has been updated in Income Tax Department database. The new password is

No this is not the mail which is sent by IT dept. They do give the XXXXs2635X kind of number. Beware of such mails. Thank you for updating. This has to be viewed cautiously. Thanks once again.
