ONE OF MY CLIENT HAS PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED HAS PAN.HE HAS FORGOTTEN HIS PW.HE ALSO FORGOTTEN HIS SECRET QUESTION ANSWER.IN PREVIOUS YEARS HE HAS NOT E FILED ITRS.

The assessee is required to send an email to efilinghelpdesk@incometaxindia.gov.in mentioning details such as Name of the Assessee, PAN, Date of Birth etc, for reset and sending password.

you can send email for regeneration of Password to : validate@incometaxindia.gov.in within 24 hours, they will send the new password. For this you have to mention Name, PAN & D.O.B. all details in the mail.
